With my professional roots in C-level Finance roles I got more and more convinced that a business organization only optimally performs when all functions get well aligned. Additionally this alignment impacts as well the scaling from individual co-worker, over the team, to the company wide perspective. FLOWTH refers as well to the smoothly streaming of business processes, roles and responsibilities, as to the attitude and energy amongst colleagues working together, and to the cascading of strategic targets to operational practice.
As a hiker regularly the high mountains are calling. The challenge to find the right path, to reach the pass, to safely deal with a sudden storm… Choosing the appropriate gearing, the cadence that fits the challenge… With this same passion and energy I take to heart my FLOWTH-assignments.
My love for people and nature, my professional passion for business architecture and organizational development remains the guiding principle throughout my years of training and ever-growing experience. This flow may culminate in growth, FLOWTH!
